We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, and WhatsApp messages typically receive a reply within minutes during operating hours.

Our carriage stand is located at the south entrance of Central Park, on 7th Avenue at Central Park South (59th Street), directly across from The Plaza Hotel. This is one of the most iconic and easily accessible spots in Manhattan. If you are coming by subway, take the N, Q, R, or W train to 57th Street-7th Avenue, or the 1, 2, or 3 train to 59th Street-Columbus Circle and walk two blocks east. If arriving by taxi or rideshare, simply tell your driver "Central Park South and 7th Avenue."

Business Hours and Availability

We operate year-round, including holidays and special occasions. Our weekday hours are 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM (Monday through Friday), and weekends run from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM (Saturday and Sunday). Booking and Cancellation Policy

You can book online through our website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through our contact form above. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Cancellations made 24 or more hours before your scheduled tour receive a full refund. For cancellations between 12 and 24 hours, a 50% refund applies. Weather-related cancellations initiated by NYC Royal Carriage always receive a full refund or free rescheduling at your convenience.
